Once you are connected to the site www.coliposte.com, click on « Vous souhaitez accéder à l’espace Particuliers » at the top-right. At the top-right of the new page, you will find the link for « Suivre un colis ». Enter here your reference number of 13 characters and click “OK”.
The reference number is made up of thirteen characters: 1 letter and 12 digits. It would have been sent to you by email at the time of shipping your order.
